Know Your Roles
It's important that each team member knows what they should be doing. Will one person design? Will one person handle finances? Be sure you identify those duties to help things run as smoothly as possible.
Have a Plan
Once you know who will do what, make sure you have a plan of action. Where will you purchase your supplies from? How will you send them out? Map out your plan so that you will be more likely to take action.
Get Connected
One thing that Core Memories Co. has done really well is get involved with a community through Instagram. Find your customer base and make friends and connections!
